Summer Movie Nights
The City of Glendale contracted DES Marketing to launch and market their annual summer community event series known as Monday Movie Madness. With the construction of Infinity Park, the city wanted to give back to the community by offering a free movie night series under the stars with family friendly films shown on the jumbo screen.
Monday Movie Madness has become a rich tradition for Glendale and greater Denver community, bringing together a few thousand citizens to enjoy each movie night. Through comprehensive marketing and promotions, DES handled brand communication and design, web development and design, market research and strategy, creative direction and execution, media planning and buying, social media and community engagement, content creation and storytelling, and the evaluation of data analytics. Starting with just a couple hundred people a night in the beginning, movie nights now attract more than 3,000 attendees along with dozens of vendors and sponsors.
