Under Focus – Windsor Gardens

The Challenge

Windsor Gardens, an active adult community for 3,500 residents, contracted with DES Marketing with a mission of increasing awareness to the outside community, creating internal special events to be shared via new social marketing channels and to design and implement their 50th Anniversary celebrations.

The Solution

DES Marketing designed and developed a media relation’s plan that included a press conference, press outreach and distribution. Concurrently, DES drove greater community awareness with promotional advertising through media buys in print, digital and radio. Sponsorship sales procured the funds to produce a 50th Anniversary Commemorative booklet that celebrated the year-long series of events to honor and endorse the lifestyle of the Windsor Gardens community.

Additionally, DES Marketing designed and developed a new website and promotional campaign for Emerald Greens golf course within the Windsor Gardens grounds.

Management of on-site promotional give-aways, radio, print and digital advertising promotions, e-communication campaign, media invite and management for Press Conference and Annual Community Parade

50th Anniversary Booklet:

Design, management of all interviews, photography and copywriting, advertising sales and fulfillment

Management of their annual advertising buys, placement, contract negotiations and ad designs, which included television, cable, radio, print, digital and billboard.

Design, development, management, and hosting for both Emerald Greens Golf Course website and Windsor Garden’s 50th Anniversary website

Coordination of all photo sessions specific to marketing and promotional collateral
